Auburn Appliance Repair’s story began about seventeen years ago, when current owner Bubba Storm was building his career in the retail industry and developing a deep understanding of customer needs and business operations. After years of firsthand experience, he recognized a clear lack of reliable appliance service in Auburn, Alabama, and decided to take a leap by starting his own company. The response was immediate—within just a few months, Bubba was receiving dozens of calls each day from local residents seeking dependable appliance repair services, confirming that the community truly needed what he had envisioned.

As demand continued to grow, Bubba expanded his services beyond repairs to include appliance swapping and replacements. This rapid growth soon resulted in appliances filling his warehouse space and even his home. To better serve customers and manage the increasing inventory, he opened a retail store offering new and serviced appliances for sale. With the retail operation established, Bubba passed the day-to-day management of the store to Heather Storm, allowing Auburn Appliance Repair to evolve into a trusted local business known for both quality appliance service and retail solutions in the Auburn area.
